A full list of exhibitors, old and new, have already signed up for the trade show confirming its international leadership role in the sector. Milan, 24th July 2018 – Viscom Italia, the leading international exhibition on visual communication is back to impress its audience from 18 to 20 October 2018, at Fieramilano, Hall 8/12, opening the door to fresh ideas and a dazzling array of products and solutions that identify this exhibition with an increasingly unique, robust character on the international stage. The 30th-anniversary edition of Viscom Italia will communicate an overall vision into the world of communication always on the move, a privileged observatory for detecting the latest trends of creativity, inspiring and creating fertile ground for various markets such as advertising, design, décor, brand industry and retail.

To tell all this the vibrant new edition will once more highlight a comprehensive and cross-contaminated overview of what’s on offer today in terms of Large Format Digital Printing – Sign – Sign Making – Screen printing– Pad printing – Textile promotion – Embroidery – Engraving – Milling – Laser – Trophies and Awards – Digital Signage – Labelling – Packaging – P.O.S – Event Services.

Training and continuous updating on all things new and innovative in the sector go through the new Viscom Talks – held under the scientific coordination of Personalive that as it is customary will take centre stage. Kitchen Lab is an interactive laboratory that will take shape throughout the three-day exhibition, to host the uniqueness of solutions for visual communication. Visitors will have the opportunity to experiment with technologies in motion, innovative materials and solutions and will gain an understanding of the stages of development and production of a variety of objects, and finished products for various markets such as interior decoration, design, textiles, brand industry and retail.

Display Italia Viscom Awards is the world’s most important contest that aims to reward creativity and innovation in point of sale display solutions. Designers and manufacturers of POS materials, creative agencies will be running the competition for the best-in-class display in the following categories: permanent and temporary display solutions, digital signage devices, packaging, vending, shop fitting. The public along with a panel of communication pundits will vote for their favourites and declare the future talents of DIVA 2018. ELEMENTARIA – THE STRENGTHS OF THE RAW MATERIALS The event Elementaria aims to highlight high-level design prototypes and provide an overview of the most creative display solutions for stores that this year will be devoted to the Sport & Fitness world.

Internationally renowned artists, talented designers, and raw material manufacturers come together to create unique display projects forging trends that will shape tomorrow’s retail industry and leading brands in the sector. Viscom Italia, partner of the second edition of MOSTRO, the event dedicated to graphic arts and visual communication, is pleased to introduce the exhibition “Food Fiction” created by the designer Marco Goran Romano, also known as the trickster of contemporary graphics. The aim of the show a totally personal and innovative vision of the “food” concept with plenty of fiction and literary references. His visual research, made of signs, harmony and traditional symbols animates his illustrations generating empathy, while also evoking an illusory homelike world only in its appearance as it infuses models of novelty with innovative shapes, colors and details.
