Il 25 marzo 2025, presso Pasticceria Orsetti, abbiamo avuto il piacere di prendere parte a un evento di grande raffinatezza e valore culturale: l’Aperitivo Veneziano, organizzato dall’Accademia Italiana della Cucina – Delegazione di Sofia.

Un’occasione unica per riscoprire le tradizioni di Venezia attraverso sapori autentici, cicchetti tipici, vini pregiati e approfondimenti culturali. Durante la serata, è stato possibile immergersi nella storia e nelle tradizioni dell’Aperitivo Veneziano, grazie all’intervento dedicato del Presidente della Camera di Commercio Italiana in Bulgaria, Alessandro Geretto, che ha arricchito ulteriormente l’esperienza.

Desideriamo esprimere il nostro sincero ringraziamento all’Accademia Italiana della Cucina – Delegazione di Sofia per questa splendida iniziativa e ai padroni di casa, Desislava Velcheva e Georgi Bebetchev, per l’eccezionale ospitalità e l’atmosfera ricca di autenticità.

Per la Camera di Commercio Italiana in Bulgaria è stato un onore poter prendere parte a questa iniziativa e condividere con i presenti un momento di celebrazione della cultura e delle eccellenze italiane.

L’evento ha inoltre rappresentato un’occasione speciale per rivolgere un saluto ufficiale a S.E. Giuseppina Zarra, Ambasciatrice d’Italia in Bulgaria, in occasione della conclusione del suo mandato.

Ringraziamo tutti i partecipanti per aver reso questa serata un momento indimenticabile.

На 25 март 2025 г., в Pasticceria Orsetti, имахме удоволствието да участваме в събитие с изключителна изтънченост и културна стойност – Венециански аперитив, организиран от Италианската академия на кулинарното изкуство – Делегация София.

Това беше уникална възможност да се потопим в традициите на Венеция чрез автентични вкусове, типични „чикети“, изискани вина и културни разкази. По време на вечерта присъстващите имаха възможност да се запознаят с историята и традициите на Венецианския аперитив, обогатени от специалното участие на Александро Джерето, председател на Италианската търговска камара в България, който допринесе за още по-пълноценното преживяване.

Искаме да изразим нашата искрена благодарност към Италианската академия на кулинарното изкуство – Делегация София за тази прекрасна инициатива, както и към домакините Десислава Велчева и Георги Бебечев за тяхното изключително гостоприемство и създадената автентична атмосфера.

За Италианската търговска камара в България беше чест да участва в това събитие и да сподели с присъстващите този момент на честване на италианската култура и кулинарни традиции.

Събитието беше и специален повод да отправим официален поздрав към Н.Пр. Джузепина Зарра, посланик на Италия в България, по случай приключването на нейния мандат.
