CONVEGNO INTERNAZIONALE “Buone pratiche per un Welfare innovativo in azienda”

Si è svolto a Sofia (Bulgaria) il 26 Ottobre il Convegno Internazionale “Buone pratiche per un Welfare innovativo in azienda” ideato e realizzato dalla Camera di Commercio Italiana in Bulgaria – in collaborazione con la Camera di Commercio e dell’Industria bulgara, Confindustria Bulgaria e l’Ambasciata d’Italia a Sofia – che ha visto riunirsi aziende italiane e Bulgare che hanno presentato le loro Buone pratiche e le azioni da loro adottate nell’applicazioni di sistemi di Welfare innovativi.

L’evento si è focalizzato sui processi di ricostruzione del welfare mettendo a confronto sia prospettive teoriche diverse e sia le esperienze emergenti nei diversi livelli dell’organizzazione sociale per fronteggiare le molteplici e diverse emergenze che negli ultimi anni sono emerse all’interno delle aziende.

Il convegno, a cui hanno partecipato anche i rappresentati delle Istituzioni quali S.E. l’Ambasciatrice di Italia, Giuseppina Zarra, il Vice Ministro Bulgaro dell’Economia, Nikolay Pavlov, ed il Presidente di Confindustria Bulgaria, Roberto Santorelli, ha affrontato i temi legati ai rapporti tra ambienti imprenditoriali e della società civile in tema di politiche sociali.

L’azienda Italiana Dal Ben Spa, è stata al centro dei temi trattati e condivisi durante le diverse presentazioni di “Buone pratiche di Welfare aziendale”, che hanno visto messi a confronto approcci diversi di Welfare attuati dalle aziende Bulgare ed Italiane al momento implementati nei due paesi.

Il Sig. Gabriele Dal Ben, dopo aver presentato le diverse misure prese ed attuate dalla sua azienda per garantire il benessere dei propri dipendenti, ha aperto una interessante condivisione di idee e punti di vista con i partecipanti al convegno, che hanno contribuito in maniera particolarmente proattiva alla discussione, sul vero contenuto delle innovazioni di Welfare aziendale realizzato dalla Sua azienda. Il tema del dibattito si è quindi incentrato non tanto sulle misure e benefici materiali che un Welfare innovativo può dare ai dipendenti, ma bensì sui valori che un Welfare veramente innovativo può esprimere e condividere.

E sono proprio i Valori di coesione ed inclusione sociale, di coinvolgimento attivo e proattivo dei dipendenti nella vita aziendale, nella condivisione con gli stessi di aspetti strategici di sviluppo dell’azienda, che rappresentano i fattori che determinano un sistema di Welfare vincente e che poi, di conseguenza, consolidano quei pilastri aziendali che accompagnano l’azienda stessa al suo successo imprenditoriale.

Il Sig. dal Ben, soffermandosi più volte sulla condivisione di questi valori, ha inaspettatamente coinvolto in maniera straordinaria i partecipanti in un dibattito aperto ricco di domande e risposte, che ha dato modo finalmente di “esportare”  i valori della cultura italiana, andando oltre alle comuni visioni dell’immaginario collettivo che il nostro Paese convenzionalmente può esportare all’estero.

    Correccion del desequilibrio – Se lleva a cabo mediante:

    Perforado (retirada de material en la zona de mayor peso),

    Colocacion de contrapesos (en ruedas y aros de volantes),

    Ajuste de masas de equilibrado (como en el caso de los ciguenales).

    Diagnostico del desequilibrio: ?que equipos se utilizan?
    Para detectar con precision las vibraciones y el desequilibrio, se utilizan:

    Equipos equilibradores – Miden el nivel de vibracion y determinan con exactitud los puntos de correccion.

    Equipos analizadores de vibraciones – Registran el espectro de oscilaciones, detectando no solo el desequilibrio, sino tambien otros defectos (por ejemplo, el desgaste de rodamientos).

    Sistemas de medicion laser – Se usan para mediciones de alta precision en componentes criticos.
