Il 26 gennaio 2026 si è svolto presso Lazy Dolce Vita a Sofia l’evento “Degustazione di Eccellenze Sarde – Cibo e Bevande della Tradizione”, celebrando i prodotti culinari della Regione della Sardegna e in occasione del riconoscimento della Cucina Italiana come Patrimonio Culturale Immateriale dell’Umanità UNESCO.
La serata è stata organizzata dalla Camera di Commercio Italiana in Bulgaria (CCIB) in collaborazione con Associazione Italiana Tutela Emigrati Famiglie (AITEF), Circolo Sardica di Sofia, Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Sofia (IIC Sofia) e la Regione Autonoma della Sardegna.
L’evento ha valorizzato i sapori autentici della Sardegna come espressione di cultura, identità e tradizione, attraverso un’esperienza di degustazione curata di prodotti tipici sardi, magistralmente preparati dallo Chef Sardo Gianni Porcu, sottolineando il cibo come patrimonio culturale e potente strumento di dialogo e connessione tra territori.

Tasting of Sardinian Excellence – Traditional Food & Beverages
On 26 January 2026, the event “Tasting of Sardinian Excellence – Traditional Food & Beverages” took place at Lazy Dolce Vita in Sofia, celebrating the culinary products of the Region of Sardinia and coinciding with the recognition of Italian Cuisine as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The evening was organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (CCIB) in collaboration with the Italian Association for the Protection of Emigrant Families (AITEF), Circolo Sardica of Sofia, Italian Cultural Institute of Sofia (IIC Sofia), and the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
The event celebrated the authentic flavors of Sardinia as an expression of culture, identity, and tradition, through a curated tasting of typical Sardinian products, masterfully prepared by Sardinian Chef Gianni Porcu, highlighting food as cultural heritage and a powerful tool for dialogue and connection between territories.

Дегустация на сардски деликатеси – Традиционни храни и напитки
На 26 януари 2026 г. се проведе събитието „Дегустация на сардски деликатеси – Традиционни храни и напитки“ в Lazy Dolce Vita в София, отбелязвайки кулинарните продукти на регион Сардиния и съвпадайки с признаването на Италианската кухня като нематериално културно наследство на ЮНЕСКО.
Вечерта бе организирана от Италианската търговска камара в България (CCIB) в сътрудничество с Италианската асоциация за защита на емигрантски семейства (AITEF), Сардика клуб – София, Италиански културен институт – София (IIC Sofia) и Автономния регион Сардиния.
Събитието подчерта автентичните вкусове на Сардиния като израз на култура, идентичност и традиция чрез внимателно подбрана дегустация на типични сардински продукти, майсторски приготвени от сардинския готвач Джани Порку, като подчерта храната като културно наследство и мощен инструмент за диалог и връзка между територии.
Изказваме искрена благодарност на всички участници и партньори за тяхното присъствие и принос, които направиха тази вечер изключително успешна.
